Job summary

ClearCaptions, LLC is seeking a Territory Training & Sales Manager to install and train customers in their homes, educate on the captioned communications service, and build relationships with seniors and care providers. This remote role supports regional growth and requires independent, customer-focused work in local markets.

You will generate referrals, attend senior events, and travel as needed to educate customers about equipment and services.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience, Business to Business and/or Business to Consumer preferred.
• Sales experience or work with seniors beneficial.
• Excellent people and relationship-building skills with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Install and train customers on ClearCaptions equipment in homes.
• Educate customers on using the phone and features.
• Develop relationships with retirement communities and hearing professionals.
• Generate referrals and lead events to educate customers about entitlement.
