Job summary

Halter seeks a Territory Manager to expand our US footprint, driving new business and customer success across ranches and farms. You’ll own the pipeline, travel extensively, and partner with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to ensure value delivery from deployment to renewal.

You’ll thrive with a proactive, hands‑on mindset, strong relationship skills, and a passion for helping cattle operations adopt Halter’s virtual fencing technology.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive new business and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the US territory.
• Experience in agriculture tech or SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and build a local pipeline in the territory.
• Execute sales strategies, manage in-field activities and demos.
• Expand existing opportunities and hit growth targets.
• Own the end‑to‑end customer experience from onboarding to deployment.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams.
