Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager in the US to drive new business growth and ensure customer success within your designated territory. You will execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and meet ambitious growth targets, acting as Halter’s on-the-ground representative.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams across Product, Support, and Customer Onboarding to gather field insights and ensure our technology meets farmers’ needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in field sales within agtech or farming sectors.
• Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth and meet growth targets within your territory.
• Execute sales strategies and manage the end-to-end sales process.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities in the field.
• Own territory planning, pipeline development, and account management.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Onboarding to ensure customer success.
• Represent Halter at industry events and build relationships with agricultural groups.
