Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager in the United States to drive new business and ensure customer success across a designated US territory. You’ll work on prospecting, relationship-building with ranchers, and coordinating with Product, Support, and Customer Onboarding to maximize Halter’s value.

You’ll travel frequently, meet sales targets, and own end-to-end customer experiences from onboarding to deployment of Halter’s solutions. Experience in cattle operations or ag tech is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B software or hardware sales preferred.
• Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business and building a strong pipeline.
• In-field sales across ranching communities and industry events.
• Expand opportunities with existing customers and ensure post-sale success.
• Hit and exceed sales targets with disciplined pipeline management.
