Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business growth across a designated territory and serve as Halter’s on-the-ground representative for livestock producers. You will conduct in-field engagements, build strong customer relationships, and strive to meet ambitious growth targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in ranching or cattle industry preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record in sales and customer success.
• Territory management experience in agriculture or tech favored.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

• Prospect new business through county fairs, auctions, and local associations.
• In-field sales engagements on ranch to demonstrate Halter’s value.
• Expand opportunities and upsell within current accounts.
• Manage a dynamic pipeline and meet ambitious growth targets.
• Provide ongoing account management and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Own territory operations and engage with stakeholders at local/state/federal levels.
• Lead customer onboarding and ensure smooth product deployment.
• Collect field learnings to fuel product improvements.
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Attend industry events for lead generation and relationship building.
• Contribute to the US sales strategy by sharing insights and best practices.
