Halter, a leading provider of virtual fencing technology, seeks a Territory Manager to drive new business growth across the Sandhills region and broader US market. You’ll own the territory, build relationships with cattle producers, and collaborate with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to ensure customer success.

You’ll travel frequently, ride alongside ranchers, attend industry events, and shape the US sales strategy while delivering value and exceeding ambitious growth targets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in agricultural sales or ranching/cattle operations is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the US and build long-term customer relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a hunter/farmer mindset.

• Prospect and develop new business within the designated US territory.
• In-field sales visits, demonstrations, and relationship building with cattle producers.
• Expand existing opportunities and manage end-to-end sales cycle to meet targets.
• Hit ambitious sales targets and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Oversee customer accounts, onboarding, and ongoing success post-sale.
• Own the territory strategy, including engaging with local agricultural groups and agencies.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent Halter at industry events and contribute to US sales strategy.
• Capture field learnings and feedback to guide product and service improvements.
• Coordinate with support teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
