Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business and customer success across a designated US territory. You will prospect, close deals, and manage ongoing relationships with ranchers, cattle associations, and industry events, guiding customers from onboarding to deployment of Halter’s virtual fencing technology.

The role requires a hands-on approach, travel across your territory, and collaboration with Product, Support, and Customer Onboarding teams to ensure value delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience building territory pipelines and expending opportunities.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently within territory.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business and building a pipeline across ranchers and associations.
• In-field sales, visiting clients on-site and at events to demonstrate Halter solutions.
• Expand existing accounts and upsell Halter products.
• Hit sales targets and manage current deals while planning for future quarters.
• Own the territory and represent Halter with key stakeholders.
