Zusammenfassung

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business growth and ensure customer success across the US Northeast Missouri region. You’ll travel regularly, meet ranchers in person, and represent Halter’s virtual fencing solutions on cow-calf operations.

You’ll own the sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, build long-term relationships, hit ambitious targets, and collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Onboarding teams to maximize value.

Qualifikationen

• Driven attitude and strong communication skills.
• Experience in ranching/cattle operations preferred.
• Sales and customer success expertise is a plus.
• Territory management experience is desirable.
• Willingness to travel regularly within your territory.

• Prospecting new business and building a pipeline across the Northeast Missouri region.
• In-field sales visits, meeting customers on ranches and at industry events.
• Expanding relationships with existing accounts to increase value over time.
• Hitting ambitious sales targets and managing today's deals while planning ahead.
• Customer account management and smooth handoff to onboarding and deployment teams.
• Own your territory end-to-end, building relationships with regional groups and agencies.
• Collaborating with Support, Product, and Onboarding teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Attending industry events to generate leads and deepen market presence.
• Contributing to the US sales strategy and process improvements.
