Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business growth and ensure customer success across designated markets in the United States. You will execute sales strategies, build strong rancher and livestock‑industry relationships, and meet ambitious growth targets while representing Halter on the ground.

You’ll conduct in‑field engagements, travel within your territory, onboard customers, and collect field learnings to improve our product.

Qualifications

• Must have territory management experience in agriculture or tech.
• Strong sales and customer success skills with relationship building.
• Ranching or cattle experience is highly valued.
• Proven problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new business within the designated territory.
• Engage customers in-field and at ranches to demonstrate Halter’s value.
• Expand opportunities and upsell within current accounts.
• Manage a dynamic pipeline and meet high growth targets.
• Onboard customers and ensure successful product deployment.
