Job summary

Halter is seeking a driven Territory Manager to lead new business growth and customer success across the United States. You will own the sales process from prospecting to close, build strong rancher relationships, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and adoption of Halter’s virtual fencing technology.

• Experience in cattle/ranching operations is a plus
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders
• Willingness to travel frequently within a defined territory

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business within assigned territory and build a robust pipeline.
• Conduct in-field sales activities on ranches and at industry events to generate opportunities.
• Nurture and expand relationships with existing customers to drive renewals and upsell.
• Hit and exceed ambitious growth targets and manage deals across stages.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Onboarding teams to ensure customer success.
