Job summary

Dinges Fire Company is seeking proactive sales professionals to plan and carry out activities for assigned accounts or areas. You will develop relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers within your territory and focus on a strong, “Help First” service approach to make departments safer and more comfortable.

All sales roles are conducted as independent contractor positions with commissions based on gross profit.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fire service equipment.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Knowledge of basic business principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Schedule sales activity.
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers.
• Develop and present proposals of company products and services to clients.
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and strong client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activity and report to management.
• Participate in sales events and training.
