Dinges Fire Company is seeking sales professionals to plan and execute activities within assigned accounts or territories. You will build relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers and drive sales outcomes through commissions based on gross profit.

Most representatives operate as independent contractors, with flexible options for full-time primary income or strong second income. Firefighting experience is common and valuable to this role.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with fire service equipment and tools.
• Basic computer literacy and software knowledge.
• Understanding of customer service principles.
• Understanding of basic business principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Schedule sales activity.
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers.
• Develop and present proposals of company products and services to clients.
• Respond to inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in person.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activity and report progress to management.
• Participate in sales events and training.
