Job summary

Virtualite, a provider of virtual support and digital process management, seeks outside territory sales representatives to build new client relationships through face-to-face engagement across an assigned territory. In this role you’ll prospect, meet business owners and decision-makers, and present Virtualite’s service solutions in person.

• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience in outside or field sales is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable with in-person prospecting and relationship building.

• Ability to manage a territory independently.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business within a designated territory.
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and consultations with potential clients.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend customized service solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Track activity, leads, and deal progress in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client transitions.
