VALD is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead field sales within a defined territory. The role involves meeting clients, delivering product demonstrations, and building lasting relationships across the territory.

Applicants should live within 60 minutes of a major airport and be able to travel regionally with occasional overnight stays. New graduates are welcome; 2+ years of field experience is preferred.

Formación

• Background in sports performance (ATC, S&C, Exercise Science, or similar).
• 2+ years of field sales experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
• Strong communication skills across in-person, virtual, and written formats.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage a defined sales territory and develop relationships with clients.
• Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations and oversee client trials.
• Build and manage the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities.
• Collaborate with Contracts and Client Success to close full-cycle sales.
