This Business Development Manager role is field-based within a defined territory, requiring travel to meet clients, demonstrate products, and build lasting relationships.

Applicants should have a sports performance background and be comfortable with CRM systems and full‑cycle sales.

Qualifications

• Background in sports performance (ATC, S&C, Exercise Science, or similar).
• Willing to relocate within 30 days of offer/start date.
• Able to travel 3–4 hour radius of residence; approximately 50% travel.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage a defined sales territory; build a pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual product demonstrations; oversee client trials.
• Win full sales cycles in partnership with Contracts and Client Success; maintain accurate CRM pipeline.
