Zusammenfassung

VALD is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead field sales within a defined territory. You will perform product demonstrations, build relationships, and drive client trials across healthcare and sports performance settings.

The role requires 50% travel, field-based work, and strong collaboration with the Contracts and Client Success teams. Prior sports science or clinical background is highly valued.

Qualifikationen

• Background in sports performance disciplines (ATC, S&C, Exercise Science).
• 2+ years of field experience preferred.
• Strong communication across in-person, virtual, and written formats.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage a defined sales territory, focusing on high schools.
• Self‑generate a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities.
• Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations and oversee client trials.
• Operate full-cycle sales with Contracts and Client Success.
• Meet monthly and quarterly quota targets.
• Manage pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot a plus).
• Represent VALD at conferences, events, and meetings.
