Job summary

Republic Services in Greensboro, NC is seeking an ES Territory Executive II to lead direct sales and manage relationships with both new and existing customers in environmental services. You will assess customer needs—recycling, waste, environmental, and compliance products—and drive adoption of our full service offerings.

You will build a strong pipeline, collaborate with internal teams, and expand service lines while maintaining regulatory awareness and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in the waste industry preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships with key decision makers.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and achieve maximum customer penetration.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach.
• Understand customer operations to design customized environmental solutions.
• Utilize CRM daily and document activities; follow up on leads.
