Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Territory Executive II for the ES region in the United States. The role focuses on direct sales and relationship management with new and existing customers, assessing environmental services needs, and facilitating delivery of services including recycling, waste, and compliance solutions.

You will regularly meet with customers to introduce offerings, expand service lines, and develop growth plans while collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge with an understanding of environmental solutions and regulatory compliance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills and high quality output.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline and track performance.
• 2-4 years of experience within the waste industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships with key decision makers.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through outreach and networking.
• Understand customer operations and regulatory requirements to design customized solutions.
• Know and communicate company services and pricing; pursue cross-selling opportunities.
• Utilize CRM daily to document activities and follow-up on leads.
• Monitor market trends to anticipate customer needs.
• Complete required agreements, proposals, onboarding forms, and reports in a timely manner.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
