Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead the Environmental Services sales team in a broad geographic area. You will plan, organize and direct sales activities to maximize volume and growth, while coaching staff and ensuring alignment with company pricing and service structures.

You will develop marketing and sales plans, monitor performance, and drive competitor insights to capture opportunities in both hazardous and non-hazardous waste streams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a sales role with leadership or supervision experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; valid driver's license.
• Experience using CRM tools and standard business software.
• Ability to develop comprehensive sales strategies across a large geographic area.
• Strong strategy development and multi-site leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across management levels.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements sales strategies and plans aligned with business goals.
• Directs sales staff; hires, trains and coaches for performance improvement.
• Manages performance using CRM tools and analyzes funnel results against targets.
• Leads value selling and standardized sales processes across the team.
• Supports pricing strategies and manages customer relations in a complex market.
• Collaborate with business units to optimize processes and customer experience.
