Job summary

Republic Services is seeking an ES Territory Executive I - E&P to drive direct sales and manage relationships with oilfield waste services clients across a North American footprint. You will introduce service offerings, understand client operations, and tailor environmental solutions to meet regulatory and business goals.

You will leverage CRM tools to document activities, pursue new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to align services with customer needs and pricing structures.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of environmental solutions and regulatory requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships with key decision makers.
• Create and communicate customer plans with opportunities, risk ratings, and growth/retention goals.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach and networking.
