Job summary

Vestis Corporation is seeking an Account Executive – Uniforms to strategically grow new business in the Uniforms Division. You will prospect, cold-call, set appointments, present programs, and meet a sales quota while building relationships with customers and key decision makers.

This field-based role requires strong market sense, CRM use, and the ability to travel within the territory to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 18–36+ months of outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Proven track record of quota attainment.
• Experience with market development concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop a customer base using a systematic business development process and cold calling to sell Vestis products and services.
• Develop and qualify leads within territory to drive sales opportunities.
• Initiate action with target customers and maintain customer engagement through creative methods.
• Secure a high number of first appointments with decision makers.
• Maintain an effective prospect funnel with proper metrics for opportunities and closed business.
• Follow through on selling activities to maximize close ratios.
• Persuade and demonstrate strong closing skills; manage target and strategic selling.
• Build and maintain relationships with multiple key decision makers and influencers.
• Conduct presentations to communicate customer benefits and value propositions.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and loyalty using all resources and tools.
• Address issues proactively and solve problems before they arise.
• Perform competitive market analysis and stay aware of market trends and best practices.
