Job summary

Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a temporary Electronic Billing Specialist to support the team with fourth-quarter deadlines. The role oversees the submission of electronic bills and daily/monthly e-billing workflow, requiring proficiency with client accounting systems and various invoice processing applications.

The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to learn independently while meeting strict deadlines. Remote work is allowed for candidates in states with Ballard offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of electronic billing experience in a professional services environment.
• Experience with billing platforms such as Serengeti, Tymetrix, Collaborati, and CounselLink, including E-Billing Hub.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables), Word, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Submit accruals monthly and meet deadlines.
• Submit new timekeepers/rates to e-billing vendor sites in collaboration with Pricing Team.
• Support team to ensure all client and department deadlines are met.
