Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a Temporary Electronic Billing Specialist to support the accounting team with fourth-quarter deadlines. The e-Biller will manage the submission of electronic bills and oversee the daily and monthly e-billing workflow.

This role requires proficiency with the client accounting system and various invoice processing applications. Remote work is allowed for candidates in states with a Ballard office.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years of electronic billing experience in a professional services environment.
• Experience with Serengeti, Tymetrix, Collaborati, or Counsel Link is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables.

Aufgaben

• Submit estimates/accruals and electronic bills by monthly deadlines.
• Collaborate with Pricing Team to update timekeepers and rates on e-billing sites.
• Support teammates to ensure all client and department deadlines are met.
