Qualifications

• Two years of electronic billing in a professional services environment.
• Experience with Serengeti, Tymetrix, Collaborati and Counsel Link.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables), Word and Access.
• Familiarity with Elite 3E is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Submit estimates/accruals monthly by deadline.
• Work closely with attorneys and assistants to obtain accrual information.
• Submit new timekeepers/rates to e-billing vendor sites.
• Assist team to ensure client and department deadlines are met.
• Manage the daily and monthly e-billing workflow.
