Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of electronic billing in a professional services environment.
• Experience in legal or insurance industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with common e-billing platforms (Serengeti, Tymetrix, Collaborati, CounselLink, E-Billing Hub).
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, Word, and Access.
• Familiarity with Elite 3E is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Submit electronic bills and manage monthly e-billing workflow.
• Collaborate with attorneys, assistants, and Pricing Team on rates and timekeepers.
• Ensure deadlines are met for client and department billing.
• Support other team members with billing submissions and reconciliations.
