Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel (including pivot tables), Word and Access.
• Familiarity with legal or insurance industry billing workflows is a plus.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and adapt to overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Submit accruals and estimates monthly by deadline.
• Coordinate with Pricing Team to update timekeepers and rates with e-billing vendors.
• Support team to ensure all client and department deadlines are met.
