Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a Temporary Electronic Billing Specialist to support fourth-quarter deadlines. The role involves managing electronic bill submissions and overseeing daily/monthly e-billing workflows using Serengeti, Tymetrix, Collaborati, Counsel Link, and E-Billing Hub.

Strong Excel, Word, and Access skills, plus attention to detail and effective communication, are essential. Remote work is allowed for candidates in states with Ballard Spahr offices.

Qualificações

• Minimum of two years of electronic billing in a professional services environment.
• Experience in the legal or insurance industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with widely used billing platforms such as Serengeti, Tymetrix, Collaborati, and Counsel Link, including E-Billing Hub.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables), Word, and Access.
• Familiarity with Elite 3E is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Submit estimates and accruals monthly (by deadline) with attorneys and assistants.
• Submit new timekeepers/rates to e-billing vendor sites in coordination with Pricing Team.
• Help the team meet all client and department deadlines.
