Job summary

Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a temporary Electronic Billing Specialist to support the team with fourth-quarter deadlines. The e-Biller will manage the submission of electronic bills and oversee the daily and monthly e-billing workflow.

Qualifications

• Two years of electronic billing experience in a professional services environment.
• Experience in legal or insurance industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Access; familiarity with Elite 3E is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys and assistants to obtain accrual information and submit monthly estimates.
• Coordinate with Pricing Team to submit new timekeepers/rates to e-billing vendor sites.
• Assist team to ensure all client and department deadlines are met.
