Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of electronic billing experience in a professional services environment.
• Experience in legal or insurance industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with Serengeti, Tymetrix, Collaborati, Counsel Link, and E-Billing Hub.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables; familiarity with Word and Access is helpful.
• Comfortable with new systems; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with attorneys and assistants to obtain accrual information and submit estimates/accruals monthly by deadline.
• Coordinate with Pricing Team to submit new timekeepers and rates to e-billing vendor sites.
• Support the team to ensure all client and department deadlines are met.
