Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of electronic billing in a professional services environment.
• Experience in the legal or insurance industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with billing platforms Serengeti, Tymetrix, Collaborati, and CounselLink; familiarity with E-Billing Hub.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables), Word, and Access; comfortable with multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with attorneys and assistants to obtain accrual information and submits monthly estimates.
• Coordinates with Pricing Team to submit new timekeepers/rates to e-billing sites.
• Supports teammates to ensure all client and department deadlines are met.
