Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Turn Help to support maintenance operations across our properties. This role covers routine, corrective, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The position emphasizes daily onsite attendance, responsive handling of work orders, cleanliness of grounds, and safe, compliant operations in residential communities. Benefits and total rewards apply to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in housing industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and make-ready units.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Clean, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
