Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Turn Help to support maintenance across residential communities. The role includes corrective, preventative, and routine tasks under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Daily on-site duties cover grounds, common areas, and make-ready units, with emphasis on safety and timely service requests. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine tasks.
• Make-ready and general maintenance of grounds and residential areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend community life and reduce repairs.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Report hazards to supervisors and follow safety standards.
