Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our communities. The role involves corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will handle make-ready processes, assist with scheduling turn events, perform daily grounds and building upkeep, and maintain logs and records. This position requires on-site presence and strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Requires on-site software understanding; basic computer skills.
• Must understand Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in community maintenance and upkeep of common areas and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform routine, preventive, corrective, and cosmetic maintenance tasks.
• Assist in make-ready process and unit inspections as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and follow safety standards.
• Maintain pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Monitor inventory of equipment and supplies; report needs.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with tasks.
