Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Turn Help to support maintenance operations across communities. The role involves daily upkeep of grounds and units, performing make-ready tasks, and assisting in corrective, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision.

You will respond to resident and management requests, help ensure safety and clean environments, and support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager in maintaining a proactive maintenance program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in the housing industry; or equivalent combination.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and upkeep of grounds, common areas, and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform make-ready tasks and ensure safety and cleanliness of property assets.
• Maintain preventive maintenance and inspections to minimize future repairs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager on tasks and safety procedures.
