Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Turn Help to assist in maintenance operations across community properties. You will support corrective and preventative maintenance, perform make-ready tasks, and help uphold high standards of resident relations and safety.

The role requires on-site work, routine attendance, and adherence to safety guidelines including OSHA and Fair Housing principles. A high school diploma is required, with housing industry experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and cosmetic maintenance; support make-ready process.
• Respond to resident/management requests and incident work orders promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe maintenance shop and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor in hazard communications and safety.
• Assist in unit inspections and report violations.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold community policies.
• Perform daily exterior/grounds maintenance and pool maintenance.
