Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Turn Help to support maintenance operations across our community properties. You will handle routine, preventive, corrective, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, perform make-ready tasks, and respond to resident requests to maintain high standards of property appearance and safety.

Daily duties include grounds and common area upkeep, pool maintenance with chemical logs, safety compliance, and assisting the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years housing industry experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance tasks including cleaning, grounds upkeep, and make-ready units.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly to maintain service levels.
• Maintain daily pool chemistry logs and perform pool maintenance as required.
• Inspect property daily for hazards and coordinate safe repairs with supervisor.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with safety programs and inspections.
