Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Turn Help team member to assist in the maintenance and make-ready processes across our communities. You will perform routine and cosmetic maintenance, respond to resident requests, and help keep grounds and common areas in top condition.

We value safety and reliability; you will work under supervision to support maintenance and community management, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years in housing industry.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use onsite software.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and cosmetic maintenance of grounds and residential units.
• Daily on-site presence and housekeeping of common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for community areas and units.
• Maintain daily exterior clean-up, pools, and chemical logs.
• Assist in make-ready process and unit inspections as requested.
• Report violations to Maintenance Supervisor/Community Manager.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and adhere to safety standards.
