Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Turn Help to assist in maintenance operations across our communities. You will perform routine, preventative, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, including unit make-ready, grounds upkeep, and pool maintenance.

The role requires daily onsite presence, strong safety practices, and a focus on resident satisfaction. Training provided; full-time, benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or two years housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Responsible for cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds and residential areas, including make-ready units and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community.
• Report observed violations to the Maintenance Supervisor/Community Manager.
• Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness.
• Enforce policies of the community that the supervisor delegates.

Education
