Job summary

Asset Living in Mansfield Center, CT is seeking a Turn Help to assist in the maintenance of our communities. This on-site role covers corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will perform cleaning, grounds care, make-ready work, respond to work orders, and help maintain safe, welcoming common areas while supporting residents and management to uphold Asset Living's standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and make-ready tasks as directed.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain daily cleanup of exterior and common areas, including grounds and breezeways.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and record chemical logs.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
