Responsibilities

• Own the full life cycle recruiting process from requirements through hiring.
• Review job requirements and build search strategy using business needs and market knowledge.
• Leverage ATS (Jobvite) and HRIS (UKG) effectively.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Source proactively via databases, social media, and events.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess fit.
• Present offers and negotiate compensation and start dates.
• Support on-campus recruiting including career fairs and interviews.
• Advocate for the employer brand and referral program.
• Educate candidates on Tyler Technologies, culture, benefits, and expectations.
• Develop pipelines for ongoing and future needs.
