Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in a corporate recruiting environment with senior level hiring managers.
• Strong prioritization and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with recruiting tools and systems (Jobvite).

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle of the recruiting process.
• Qualify job requirements and establish search strategy based on business needs.
• Learn and use ATS and HRIS tools effectively.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Review applicants and proactively source candidates from various sources.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates.
• Present offers and negotiate compensation packages and start dates.
• Participate in on-campus recruiting activities and events.
• Be an ambassador for Tyler Technologies' employment brand and referral program.
• Educate candidates about Tyler Technologies and the organization.
