Responsibilities

• Own the full life cycle recruiting process from requirements through hiring.

• Maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Source proactively via databases, social media, and events.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess fit.
• Present offers and negotiate compensation and start dates.
• Support on-campus recruiting including career fairs and interviews.
• Advocate for the employer brand and referral program.

Job description

Tyler Technologies is hiring a temporary Recruiter to support Talent Acquisition for corporate roles, with a focus on Marketing, Finance, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Own the full life cycle recruiting process from requirements through hiring
• Review job requirements and build the search strategy using knowledge of business needs and the broader talent market
• Use recruiting and HR technology effectively, including ATS (Jobvite) and HRIS (UKG)
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
• Review applicants and proactively source talent using databases, social media, networking events, and other sourcing channels
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit
• Present offers and explain and negotiate compensation packages and start dates
• Support on-campus recruiting, including career fairs, campus presentations, on-campus interviews, and networking events
• Act as an ambassador for the employment brand, including Always Be Recruiting!
• Promote and evangelize the employee referral program (Everyone is a Recruiter!)
• Educate candidates on Tyler Technologies, including culture, benefits, and organizational expectations
• Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates to support ongoing and future business needs

Requirements

• 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
• At least 2 years in corporate recruiting, partnering with senior-level hiring managers
• Strong prioritization and customer service skills
• Genuine interest in identifying and hiring high-caliber talent
• Positive attitude with a collaborative work style, strong work ethic, and integrity
• Natural sense of urgency and a results-oriented mindset
• Highly poised and capable of partnering and interfacing with all levels of management and leadership
• Experience with recruiting tools and systems; Jobvite experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple openings
• Track record of success sourcing and engaging high-caliber, passive talent
