Qualifications

3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
Experience working in a corporate recruiting environment with senior level hiring managers.
Strong prioritization and customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage full life cycle of the recruiting process.
Qualify job requirements and establish search strategy based on business needs.
Learn and use ATS (Jobvite) and HRIS (UKG).
Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Review applicants and proactively source candidates from multiple channels.
Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates.
Present offers and negotiate compensation and start dates.
Participate in campus recruiting activities and events.
Be an ambassador for our employment brand and employee referral program.
Educate candidates about Tyler Technologies, culture, benefits and expectations.
Develop and nurture pipelines of qualified candidates.
