Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking a temporary Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on filling corporate roles in Marketing, Finance and IT, with opportunities to assist in HR and Legal and other functions as needed.

The successful candidate will manage full life cycle recruiting, source candidates via various channels, interview, negotiate offers and help promote Tyler’s employment brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in a corporate recruiting environment with senior managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with recruiting tools (Jobvite a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle of the recruiting process.
• Qualify job requirements and establish the search strategy/approach based on business needs.
• Learn and use our ATS (Jobvite) and HRIS (UKG).
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Review applicants and source candidates using databases, social media and events.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates.
