Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking a temporary Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in the United States. This role focuses on filling corporate positions in Marketing, Finance, IT, and potentially HR and Legal, with opportunities to support other areas as needed.

The recruiter will manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, source passive talent, interview candidates, and present offers while representing our employer brand. This is a fast-paced, collaborative position within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• 2+ years in corporate recruiting with senior-level hiring managers.
• Strong prioritization and customer service skills.
• Passionate about identifying and hiring high caliber talent.
• Positive attitude, highly collaborative, and strong work ethic and integrity.
• Natural sense of urgency, results-oriented.
• Highly poised with the ability to partner and interface with all levels of management and leadership.
• Experience with recruiting tools and systems (Jobvite experience would be a huge plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience prioritizing and managing multiple job openings.
• Track record of success in sourcing and engaging high caliber, passive talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle of the recruiting process.
• Qualify job requirements, establish search strategy based on business needs and talent market.
• Learn and use our ATS (Jobvite) and HRIS (UKG).
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Review applicants and source candidates using databases, social media, networking events, etc.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates.
• Present offers and negotiate compensation packages and start dates.
• Participate in on campus recruiting activities and career fairs.
• Be an ambassador for our employment brand.
• Evangelize our employee referral program.
• Educate candidates about Tyler Technologies culture, benefits, and expectations.
• Develop and nurture pipelines of qualified candidates.
