Tyler Technologies is seeking a temporary Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on filling corporate positions in Marketing, Finance, and IT, with potential work across HR and Legal.

You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, source candidates, interview, and present offers while representing Tyler’s employer brand. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in full lifecycle recruiting and strong communication, with experience using Jobvite and UKG.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• At least 2 years of corporate recruiting experience with senior level hiring managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong collaboration and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle of the recruiting process.
• Qualify job requirements and establish search strategy based on business needs and talent market.
• Learn and use ATS (Jobvite) and HRIS (UKG).
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Review applicants and proactively source candidates via databases, social media, networking events, and other sources.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates.
• Present offers and negotiate compensation and start dates.
• Participate in on-campus recruiting activities including career fairs and campus interviews.
• Be an ambassador for our employment brand and employee referral program.
• Educate candidates about Tyler Technologies, culture, benefits, and expectations.
• Develop and nurture pipelines of qualified candidates for ongoing and future needs.
