You will play a vital role in delinquency management, rent collections, and cash-flow optimization while supervising staff across leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk management in the absence of the Community Manager.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years experience in housing industry or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations under the supervision of the Community Manager.
• Assist in delinquency and rent collection to optimize cash flow.
