Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Temporary Community Manager to oversee daily operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager.

You will supervise personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration, ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines, while leading a dedicated on-site staff. This temporary role emphasizes effective budgeting and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred in housing industry or related field.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housing community operations under Regional Manager supervision.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead on-site staff, schedule and assign tasks, coach, and develop team.
• Develop annual operating budgets and monitor deposits, rent, and expenses.
