Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Temporary Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and finances at a housing community. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and administration, and ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and fair housing guidelines.

Responsibilities include posting payments, reconciling accounts, managing collections, and helping meet budgets and NOI goals. Onsite leadership and monthly closings are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in housing/prop. management operations or related field.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to perform onsite software functions and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community.
• Manage delinquencies, rent collection, and budgeting to optimize cash flow.
• Lead staff, supervise leasing, maintenance, and administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
