Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community. You will support the Community Manager, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

Responsibilities include posting payments, reconciling receivables, monitoring delinquencies, and assisting with leasing, marketing, and resident relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years housing industry experience.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use onsite software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions under Community Manager.
• Post payments and reconcile accounts receivable.
• Monitor delinquencies, late notices, and evictions as needed.
• Support leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Supervise onsite staff and coordinate training.
